Petunia Meat began as a joke. A friend of mine and I were thinking of alternate names to go by if we were DJs. After a short lived brainstorming session, I spoke up and said, "Petunia Meat". My friend cringed and, well, I liked it... At Petunia Meat Studios I make art with an emphasis on exploration, play theory, acceptance, the super conscious, feel!ngs, and the unedited struggle, dream, and/or imagination. I get an idea, I explore mediums through which the idea can live, I play with the idea and let the idea play with me. I give the idea to others. I share the idea with others and sometimes we see how the idea can grow. Petunia Meat Studios at it's core is a form of learning through the exploration of the elements and principles of art, the idea, and the outcome.
